|Women: The corporate color on the billboard ?|

|'Women, who cannot even travel freely, are facing one of the greatest problems of modern age.|
The respect for mothers and sisters are fading away quickly. When a mere piece of female clothing is enough to excite the eve-teasers, the situation calls for the creation of public defenders for women. While the womanhood is celebrated in movies, magazines, movies and advertisements, in reality, she is in tears. When it comes to women, the clock is moving backwards in the tide of time. It is high time to cure this hypocrisy.
When asked about the perfection of his mission, the Holy Prophet prophesized the safe journey of a woman alone in the Arabia. History has repeatedly proved that safety of women has always been the sign of advancements in civilization.
Some still believe that freedom of woman means conducting extravagant beauty contests. The third world has become the dustbin for any negligible product when advertised by pretty looking females. Woman is the color in the portrait of the universe. But in corporate culture, she has fallen to a mere color on the billboard. There should be strict legislation for punishing crimes against females. Law making authorities should pass laws unanimously in this respect.
Chastity of woman is the milestone of eastern culture. Its traditions are full of sacrifices to safeguard her honor. Yet in today's world, the atrocities committed against women in the East are unheard in the western part of the world. A female in New York or Paris may not have to suffer the misery faced by our women.
Only raising the status of women can solve this crisis. She herself has to discover her own position and honor. She shouldn't be a victim of the materialistic forces. She has to migrate to the land of action and spiritual awakening as that of Hazrat Lady Fatimah - as daughter, wife and mother. The Holy Prophet shines as the greatest well wisher of Womanhood who raised her position like never before. He was the revolutionary who granted her rights in property in an age when she was buried alive. When female children were seen as omen, he took pride in them.
Hazrat Lady Fatimah is the greatest role model of womanhood in history. With qualities of sacrifice, love, mercy and greatness, she shines as a wonder even today. She is not a mere individual. Rather the ideal of the limitless glory of womanhood' said Samadani.
